kaori brochure

For my internship at Kuramoto US, a Japanese sake company, they wanted me to create a brochure for two kinds of sake flavors, one umeshu (plum) and the other mikan (orange). Japanese sake is an expensive beverage and is used for special occasions, so I wanted to make the brochure just as clean and sophisticated with set lock ups, justified type, and gold trim. Because most customers are male, the company wanted to expand their target audience to women. As a result, I wanted to make this more feminine and beautiful to attract this demography with the floral patterns and illustrations.
